Happy Valentine’s Day! Are you looking for a romantic night out on Lake Texoma? Look no further than Fastrac Cruises. We start with Butternut Squash Soup with Focaccia Bread, Roasted Beet & Citrus Salad with bright notes of Oranges. Entree is your choice 1) Prime Rib with Au Jus Sauce 2) Oven Baked Garlic Lemon Chicken Breast 3) Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Mushroom. This is served with Roasted Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus Bundles and Homemade Yeast Rolls. We finish the night with Chocolate Cake. Tea, Soda, and Water are included and all of our cruises are BYOB for adult beverages.
